What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies or could identify you. Examples of Personal Information we may collect from you include: names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers, and health information.
This Personal Information is obtained from the information you provide via contact forms, email correspondence and telephone calls. Your Personal Information is collected for the purpose of providing our services and products to you and marketing our services to you, for example if you subscribe to our newsletter. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you choose to upload images to this website, you do so at your own risk. You should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included as visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Your email address and name and any information about yourself that you choose to provide on the contact form is used only for the purpose of replying to you or delivering our requested services and products to you. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act and includes health information about you that you may need to provide so that we can provide our services and products to you. Sensitive information will be used by us for the primary purpose for which it was obtained with your consent. Your consent is implied when you provide the information to us.
