The Privacy Policy of www.michelecondeherbalist.com.au applies to any and all personal information collected by Michele Conde who understands the importance of protecting and safeguarding users privacy and is committed to complying with necessary legislation governing the privacy of personal information collected by businesses. This Privacy Policy follows the guidelines of the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The APPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

This Personal Information is obtained from the information you provide via contact forms, email correspondence and telephone calls. Your Personal Information is collected for the purpose of providing our services and products to you and marketing our services to you, for example if you subscribe to our newsletter. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you choose to upload images to this website, you do so at your own risk. You should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included as visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Your email address and name and any information about yourself that you choose to provide on the contact form is used only for the purpose of replying to you or delivering our requested services and products to you. If the contact form is in relation to signing up to receive newsletters and emails from us, we may use a third party mail service and

How long we retain your data
