Joy Herbal Tea
A subtle tasting, uplifting blend of certified organic herbs.

I like to drink this one when I’m in need of relaxation and to gently lift my  spirits and reconnect me with the inner joy and appreciation of all the wonderful crazy things that happen in my life.

Contains: Certified Organic Rose Petals, Linden Flowers, Rosemary leaves and Hawthorn Berries

Directions: 1 heaped teaspoon of herb tea blend per cup – place into teapot or infuser ball;  add one cup freshly boiled water and cover with a lid to infuse for 5-10 minutes.  This blend is lovely in summer as a cold refreshing drink.
